Meagan Good was born in Panorama City, Los Angeles on 8 August 1981. Her mother Tyra Wardlow Doyle managed her as she entered her teens. Her family consisted of three brothers in Canyon Country California, and began her acting career at the age of four. She worked as an additional to TV shows like Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. in the beginning of her professional career. At the age of 13, she made her debut in the film, Friday. In 2012, she was active on T.V. and in films her roles included Mya and Ms. Stevens respectively in Think Like a Man starring a large cast and Dysfunctional The Friend, which featured a tiny group.
